The Human Resources (HR) track within the ATN's Business Program offers Trainee Program opportunities for individuals looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in one of the most critical areas of business. HR involves managing the most valuable asset of any company: its people. As an HR intern or trainee, you will have the chance to learn about and participate in a variety of HR functions, such as recruitment, employee development, performance management, and maintaining a positive work environment.
